Ann Summers boss, Jacqueline Gold: CBE 'a great honour'

Jacqueline Gold, chief executive of Ann Summers, has been awarded a CBE in the New Year Honours list.

She told BBC News that she did not know "whether to laugh, cry or scream" when she found out.
