Ann Summers boss Jacqueline Gold on women in top jobs

Women are paid on average around £5,000 a year less than men, and the issue is overlooked because of a lack of women MPs, said the boss of Ann Summers.

Jacqueline Gold lambasted the lack of women in top jobs in Westminster and said she wanted to see "naming and shaming" of firms who pay women less.

In her personal film for BBC1's This Week, she spoke about child care, education and equal pay.
