Ivory Coast is already the world's leading cocoa exporter but it wants to become the leading bean grinder too.
Less than a third of Ivory Coast cocoa is processed locally but the government wants to increase that to 50% within the next four years.
It is all about adding value to the country's raw materials, while creating more jobs at the same time.
