Davos: Haute cuisine to beat world hunger

What do you feed 128 hungry Davos dignitaries?

Chef Jarno van Doremalen runs us through the menu as he prepares for a dinner hosted by the World Food Programme (WFP).

He's part of the team fielded by family-owned Dutch catering company, Van den Boer Group, who have been feeding delegates at Davos' World Economic Forum for 13 years.

There's an obvious irony in enjoying gourmet food while discussing world hunger, but the WFP says these sorts of events are vital if the organisation is to achieve its aims.
