British farmer Guy Poskitt 'can't recruit local workers'

Net migration to the UK has fallen slightly but remains well above the government's target.

The Office for National Statistics says the number of people coming to live in Britain in the year to September was more than 300,000 higher than the number who emigrated.

Guy Poskitt, who runs Poskitt's Carrots in Goole in east Yorkshire, explains why he has to rely on recruiting workers from eastern Europe.
