A look inside China's first finishing school

Deportment lessons may seem the preserve of the European elite, but China is now getting in on the act.

Hong Kong-born Sara Jane Ho, who went to boarding school and university in the US, has founded what she claims is China's first finishing school, Institute Sarita.

Students learn deportment, the polite way to eat an orange (which involves using a knife and fork), table setting, and dinner party seating arrangements, among other things.
