Fate of Port Talbot steel workers 'hangs in balance'

Crucial talks have started in Mumbai, India, which could decide the future of thousands of Tata steel workers in the UK.

Its board is deciding whether to back a plan which would see its UK plants remain open but with many job losses.

Most of the jobs would go from the Port Talbot plant in south Wales, from where Tomos Morgan reports.
