Steel crisis: Emergency talks over Port Talbot plant
Ministers at Westminster say they're optimistic that a buyer will be found for Tata's steel concerns in the UK. The plants are expected to close if they can not be sold within weeks.
The owner of the commodities firm Liberty House Sanjeev Gupta, has had initial talks about a potential purchase of the Port Talbot plant in South Wales.
The business secretary Sajid Javid is flying to Mumbai tomorrow to meet Tata bosses.
