South Africa's bittersweet sugar tax

South Africa is about to become one of a handful of countries across the world that slap a tax on sugary soft drinks.

Denmark has had one for decades and has recently been joined by Mexico and France.

For health experts in South Africa the tax will be good for long-term health, but many others think it may damage an already fragile economy.
