Business rates revolt intensifies

The business rates revaluation has caused outrage among many owners of small businesses. The revaluation means that, for example, a company with a huge warehouse in the countryside might pay less than the owner of a small shop in London.

The Victoria Derbyshire show's Ashley John-Baptiste spoke to cafe owner Alex Pose-Gil, whose rates could double and threaten the survival of a business that his father started 34 years ago.
