'Don't be afraid to ask for help'

In 2010 luxury travel company ITC was losing £1m a year. Jen Atkinson took over as CEO and told staff they had to "leap from a burning platform". ITC is now profitable again. Ms Atkinson puts her success down to what she calls "vulnerable leadership" - being able to ask those around you for help.
