Local lockdowns: 'Our business has fallen off a cliff'

Small business owners say the lockdown in parts of the north of England could force them to shut down. The measures bar people from different families from gathering together. That has ruined trade for the recently-opened Waterloo Hive cafe in Crosby on Merseyside.
