'Appoint staff that have experience'

Banking chief executive David Velez says it is vital that bosses appoint staff who have experience of working in that industry.

He is the founder of Brazil's Nubank, the world's largest online lender.

Mr Velez was interviewed for a new mini-series called Paths to Success.
