'We women are pushed out of work because of childcare. It's hurtful'
International Women's Day on 8 March has become a date to celebrate how far women have come in society, while also raising awareness of continued inequality. In the US, women say they have been hit hardest at work during the pandemic, with their participation in the workforce at a 33-year low.
We hear from two women who lost their jobs early on in the pandemic - and haven't worked since.
