'Over 50 and overlooked for work'

Suzi Ludlow, 67, from Horsham in West Sussex was made redundant in October and hasn't found a job since. She thinks many people like her are being overlooked for work because of their age.

After the under-25s, it is people in the over-65 age group who are most likely to have lost their jobs in the pandemic.
