Councillor: 'Visit my schools and say we can't have the money'

The Government has been defeated over its decision to scrap England's school building programme.

Six councils had claimed that Education Secretary Michael Gove's decision to scrap the projects was unfair and unlawful.

The High Court ruled that in five of the cases, the Government action amounted to "an abuse of power".

Leader of Sandwell Council, Darren Cooper, spoke to the BBC.
