Head teachers warn of 'recruitment crisis' in schools

Head teachers in England claim schools are in a "recruitment crisis" because so many teachers are leaving the profession and are not being replaced.

The National Association of Head Teachers says as many as eight out of 10 schools are struggling with shortages.
