'You have our love': A message from London to Damascus

Following their participation in a link-up project with a school in Damascus, students from Oaklands School in Tower Hamlets wanted to find out about what the British government was doing to help other children like the Syrian ones they had met.

They travelled to the Department for International Development in Whitehall, to talk to Secretary of State for International Development Justine Greening.

The filming was made possible with the help of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, external and Digital Explorer, external.

This was produced as part of BBC News School Report.
