Clegg: Tories 'pulling the wool over our eyes' on the NHS

Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg has said the Liberal Democrats are the only party that can guarantee an extra £8bn in NHS funding by 2020.

He said the Tories are "pulling the wool over our eyes" by claiming they will find the money without outlining how.

Mr Clegg said voters choosing between Labour or the Conservatives faced "excessive cuts or excessive borrowing".

He also said that David Cameron would not make the wealthiest pay "a penny more".
