Election 2015: Cameron says NHS always a priority

David Cameron has vowed an extra £8bn for the NHS in England by 2020, if the Conservatives win the election.

But Labour said the "unfunded" pledge was a sign of a Tory campaign in panic. It has promised an extra £2.5bn a year, funded by a "mansion tax".

Mr Cameron defended his plans, saying that the NHS had "always been a priority" for his government.
