Theresa May: Manifesto about securing people's future
A Conservative government would extend the right-to-buy scheme for housing association tenants in England, David Cameron will say, when he unveils the party's manifesto.
Home Secretary Theresa May told the BBC that the policy was about extending the idea to housing association tenants.
"It will enable these people to own their own home" adding it will give people the chance to secure their own future.
