David Miliband critical of Labour after election result
As the Labour Party pours over the reasons for its resounding defeat, Ed Miliband's brother, David, has criticised his leadership and described the result as "devastating."
In an exclusive interview with the BBC, the man who was narrowly beaten by his younger brother in 2010, said both Ed Miliband and former Prime Minister Gordon Brown had "allowed themselves to be portrayed as moving backwards" from the key principles of a successful political project.
David Miliband says he remains in touch with his brother, and also ruled himself out of standing for the leadership of the Labour Party.
