Election 2015: PM makes first visit to Scotland

With 30 days to go before the general election, Conservative leader David Cameron has made his first election campaign visit to Scotland as part of a tour of all four nations of the United Kingdom.

Speaking in Edinburgh, Mr Cameron said only his party was "standing up to the SNP and Labour, a party that wants to break-up Britain and a party that wants to bankrupt Britain".

Labour, the SNP and the Liberal Democrats each say they offer an alternative to Tory austerity.

BBC Scotland's political correspondent Glenn Campbell reports.
