Trump: Obama 'weakened' America

In a speech outlining his foreign policy plan, Donald Trump says if "President Obama's goal had been to weaken America, he could not have done a better job".

Mr Trump said the US "lacked a coherent foreign policy" and pitched a view of a Trump administration as more isolated.
