US election 2016: Black voters in Ohio voice frustration

This week Bill Clinton has been in the state of Ohio trying to drum up support for his wife's campaign. Among the key voting blocs are African Americans in cities like Cleveland.

If they turn out in huge numbers, it could benefit the Clinton camp.

African Americans are a majority in the city but they are also among the poorest residents and live in areas marked by high crime.
