Will America's evangelical Christians still back Trump?

The allegations of sexual misconduct surrounding the Republican US presidential candidate Donald Trump are proving an obstacle for many of his supporters.

But what about America's Christian evangelical churches, traditionally a reliable source of Republican votes?
