Court orders actress Lindsay Lohan to return to rehab
Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan arrived at court for a probation violation hearing, after failing a court ordered drug test in September.
The judge ordered her to return to a rehab programme until January.
The sentence means the star will not have to return to a women's jail in Los Angeles for a fourth time.
The actress had been on probation since August 2007 after pleading guilty to misdemeanour drug charges and no contest to three driving charges.
The Beverly Hills courthouse was surrounded by media, trying to catch a glimpse of the star.
