Tweeters are being sued for defamatory comments

More and more people are being taken to court due to offensive and defamatory tweeting. Media lawyer Paul Gilbert joined BBC Breakfast to make clear that tweeters can be sued for defamatory comments whilst comedian David Schneider believes it is all about the context of the comment.
