Colin Firth on The King's Speech

Colin Firth is being tipped for a possible second Best Actor Oscar nomination for his performance of King George VI in The King's Speech.

The actor said his previous nomination for his performance in A Single Man gave the small film more attention and with seven Golden Globe nominations, including Best Actor for Colin Firth, this film may also benefit from the awards buzz.

The actor said he knew nothing about King George VI except that he had a stammer.
