Trafalgar Square Fourth plinth art divides opinion

A giant blue cockerel and a boy on a rocking horse are the next two designs chosen to grace the fourth plinth in London's Trafalgar Square.

The London Mayor Boris Johnson has said the creations will get people talking but is it really the best place to show off contemporary art?
