Judge warns Lindsay Lohan of jail

Lindsay Lohan has appeared in court in Los Angeles.

The actress pleaded not guilty to the charge of grand theft. She is accused of stealing a necklace worth over £1,500 ($2,500).

Judge Keith Schwartz set $40,000 bail but he also gave her stern warning.
