The significance of the Olivier Awards

The West End musical Legally Blonde was one of the big winners at the Olivier Awards in London. It took three prizes including best new musical and best actress for Sheridan Smith.

In a star-studded evening there were also four awards for a revival of a play from 60 years ago, Terence Rattigan's drama, After the Dance.
