Christina Aguilera joins 'The Voice' panel

Singer Christina Aguilera joins the panel of a new reality television singing competition called The Voice. Aguilera will be helping to find future pop stars alongside Cee Lo Green, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine .

The Voice is based on highly-rated "The Voice of Holland" in which prospective singers "audition" on a stage while the judges are seated with their backs to the singers so that they are picked based solely on their vocal abilities.
