Herzog documentary explores urgency of life on death row
Revered German filmmaker Werner Herzog explores a triple homicide in Texas in his new film Into The Abyss which is being described as a death row documentary.
Herzog, who is opposed to the death penalty, maintains that he has not put together an activist film but rather an attempt to investigate a Texas crime and its impact.
