Philip Seymour Hoffman directs his first film
Philip Seymour Hoffman makes his directorial debut with Jack Goes Boating, a story about love that develops from a blind date.
The Oscar-winning actor, who also stars in the film, told Radio 5 live's Colin Paterson about his first foray into directing and compares his style to George Clooney's.
Mr Hoffman stars with Ryan Gosling in The Ides of March, which is directed by Mr Clooney.
