Tim Rice: We need more live music

Award-winning lyricist Sir Tim Rice has said plans to relax entertainment licensing laws for small gigs should be applauded.

Speaking to the Andrew Marr Show, he said live music was vital so that artists could learn their trade and also "the one form of entertainment you really can't bootleg".
