Sir Tom Jones on The Voice and BGT ratings battle

Sir Tom Jones says he is pleased that Britain's Got Talent moved their time slot to avoid an overlap with rival talent show, The Voice.

Sir Tom, who is one of four coaches on The Voice, said: "I am not in competition with anybody. I'm just glad that the public like what we do."

Last Saturday Britain's Got Talent edged ahead of The Voice in the ratings battle as the BBC show began the first of its live shows.
