Actress Tamsin Greig has spoken of her role in the Enough Food campaign.

Speaking to Jeremy Vine on the Andrew Marr Show, the actress defended the role overseas aid plays in "changing lives" and backed the UK commitment for 0.7% of GDP to spend on the aid budget.
