The El Sistema mission in Venezuela has brought classical music to hundreds of thousands of children worldwide and received huge support from the late Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez.
The musician most associated with El Sistema is the current conductor of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Gustavo Dudamel.
Dudamel has been playing at London's Barbican with the LA Phil and also a group of young children from East London.
