BBC head of HR Lucy Adams: 'No justification for strike action"

The BBC's head of HR Lucy Adams said she does not believe strike action will help to resolve problems.

Members of the NUJ and BECTU technical union walked out in protest at compulsory redundancies and in protest about increased workloads.
