Steve Hewlett: 'Deep-seated dysfunctionality at BBC'
Media commentator Steve Hewlett has described what he called a "deep-seated dysfunctionality" at the BBC and said different parts of the corporation were "virtually name calling".
His comments came as BBC Trust chairman Lord Patten and director general Lord Hall were questioned by MPs on the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) over £25m paid to 150 outgoing executives.
