Mel C: 'It would be a gain if Louis left X Factor'

Mel C has hit out at Louis Walsh, claiming that it would be a "gain" if he left the X Factor.

The former Spice Girl also revealed that she and Louis have had an ongoing spat over the years, after she called his band Westlife "bland" on a music TV show.

Mel told BBC Radio 5 live's Richard Bacon: "He's been very rude about me - we had an argument on CD:UK. He's a very lucky man to be where he is in my opinion... what does he actually do?"

Louis Walsh has confirmed he will leave The X Factor after this series.
