Goldie stars as gang leader in Kingston 14

DJ, artist and actor Goldie is making his theatre debut in a new play Kingston 14.

Written by the award winning British playwright Roy Williams, the play is set in modern day Jamaica.

It follows the story of James, a police officer sent to Kingston to investigate the murder of a tourist.

Goldie plays a local gang leader called Joker.

BBC News spoke to Goldie and director Clint Dyer during rehearsals at the Theatre Royal Stratford East.
