Apollo theatre in London's West End 'is safe'

The Apollo theatre in London's West End is reopening on March 26, after part of the ceiling collapsed during a performance of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time.

The Apollo theatre has been closed since 19 December, when plasterwork from the ornate ceiling fell injuring nearly 80 people.

The theatre will open with the play Let the Right One in. Nica Burns, chief executive of Nimax Theatres, which owns the Apollo, spoke to BBC News about the incident and what lessons have been learned.
