Ex-Downton actress takes on gritty Jamaica Inn
She found fame living it up in Yorkshire's Downton Abbey, but now Jessica Brown Findlay has found a very contrasting role in a BBC Drama adaptation of Daphne du Maurier's Jamaica Inn.
The actress, famous for her role as Lady Sybil in the hugely successful drama, will next be seen playing Mary Yellan, in the drama which is screened on Monday 21 April on BBC One
It has been directed by Bafta winner Philippa Lowthorpe, who joined Findlay on the BBC Breakfast sofa.
