Revelling in poetry
Tom Hollander, star of BBC's Rev, told Andrew Marr he was drawn to role of Dylan Thomas because the Welsh poet "lived at such extremity".
Mr. Hollander plays Thomas in A Poet in New York, a one-off drama charting the final few weeks of his life. He said the poet's self-destruction through alcoholism seems without redemption but he found immortality through his work.
A Poet in New York airs on BBC Wales on the 30th of April and BBC Two on the 18th of May.
You can watch the Andrew Marr Show in full on the BBC iPlayer.
