Atari's ET video games dumped in desert 'out of shame'
A film production team has found potentially thousands of copies of the infamous computer game "ET: The Extra-Terrestrial" in a landfill site in New Mexico.
The game by Atari 2600 was released in 1982 but flopped, with some critics labelling it "the worst ever".
Xbox Live's Larry Hryb visited the search site. He told the Today programme that the games were dumped there by developers out of "shame".
