'Don't you dare muck up Wolf Hall', fans told TV director
The BBC Two adaptation of Hilary Mantel's Booker Prize winning novel Wolf Hall starts on Wednesday.
The historical drama charts the rise of Thomas Cromwell, King Henry VIII's chief minister, as he navigates the corridors of power in Tudor England.
Actor Damian Lewis plays the role of the king opposite Mark Rylance as Cromwell.
Director Peter Kosminsky told BBC Newsnight he was very aware of the passion readers had for the novel when he set out to adapt it.
