BBC Breakfast invaded by the Daleks

The BBC Breakfast team were about to introduce the news and weather when their studio was rudely invaded by the Daleks.

Having just enjoyed an uplifting package about blue whales, Charlie Stayt and Naga Munchetty looked visibly shocked when the angry aliens burst in to promote the 60th anniversary of Dr Who.

The show returns to BBC One and iPlayer in the UK from Saturday 25 November, with the first of three Doctor Who 60th Anniversary Specials, taking viewers on an otherworldly adventure in space and time each Saturday.
