Florence + The Machine surprises Sound Of 2024 winners The Last Dinner Party

Indie band The Last Dinner Party have been crowned winners of BBC Radio 1's Sound Of 2024.

Florence + the Machine gave the group the good news at the same pub in London where they played their first gig in 2021.

In 2009, Florence was also part of the BBC Sound Of list, taking third place.
